PayPal is not officially supported in Pakistan, according to Payoneer’s Pakistan guide (Payoneer). Avoid using someone else’s account or fake details to open one; it can get your money frozen.

Payoneer says it works in Pakistan with major banks and allows withdrawals to local accounts at banks such as HBL, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah and Meezan Bank. It mentions a withdrawal fee of around 2%, which can vary (Payoneer). Many tutoring and freelancing platforms support Payoneer payouts.
Direct bank transfer
If you teach overseas families directly, they can send money to your Pakistani bank account through banks or licensed money-transfer services. Always use your own account in your own name.
